How To Make Soap
I first started learning how to make soap 6 months ago. Let me tell you, when you're finished with your first successful batch, feelings of joy and accomplishment will wash over you! It's so much fun and I'm so addicted to it right now. Learning how to make soap is really easy whether you payed attention in science class or not!
All soap making is, is mixing different chemicals and compounds. I guess it is a bonus if (unlike me) you payed attention in science class. Imagine not having to buy the stinky expensive soap in the stores. Knowing how to make soap is a pretty useful skill! Well maybe not.
Whether you want to make dish soap, bar soap, or face soap, you can do it all. I personally don't like scented soaps so that is a bonus too. You can scent it if you'd like, but I prefer the smell of the fresh soap.
When I first started learning how to make soap I messed up on my first 3 batches. They were horrible.
I didn't get any good at it until I bought this soap making guide. I don't remember who wrote it, but it sure was useful. It's a pretty detailed guide covering how to make soap and how to profit from it. Some people are actually earning a decent income from selling their soap. I haven't sold any soap yet, and I'm really not interested in it at this point. I just like doing it for fun.
